About us

P B Syddall & Co has been established in Bolton for over 29 years. We now have 12 members of the team all dedicated to helping clients realise their ambitions. Whilst operating primarily in the North West we have clients throughout the UK ranging in size from the proverbial corner shop , through start-up companies to established multi-million pound concerns.

Peter Syddall: Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973. He founded the firm in 1982 and has 45 years experience of working in Bolton in a private practice environment.

Nick Polding: Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. He joined Peter in 1986.

Jim Ridings: Jim qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973. He joined the firm Griffiths Burne & Co in 1977 and in 2005 moved down Chorley Old Road to join Peter and Nick.
